Welcome to TallyHub GH ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TallyHub GH's point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using TallyHub GH, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using TallyHub GH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using TallyHub GH on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service Description

TallyHub GH provides cloud-based POS and inventory management services, including but not limited to:

• Point-of-sale transaction processing
• Inventory tracking and management
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Customer and supplier management
• Multi-warehouse support
• Mobile barcode scanning
• Offline mode capabilities

Subscription Plans and Billing

TallyHub GH offers various subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice.
• Free tier plans may include limitations and branding requirements.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service to process illegal transactions or activities.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Not use automated systems to access the Service without our prior written consent.

Data and Privacy

Your use of TallyHub GH is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TallyHub GH is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
• We will provide reasonable notice before terminating accounts, except in cases of violation.
• You may export your data for 30 days after account termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
