Questions we get asked
Can it track drug expiry dates?
Yes. Enable expiry tracking on a product and each batch you receive carries its own batch number and expiry date, so stock can be sold oldest-first and flagged before it expires.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The counter keeps selling. Sales are held locally and sync as soon as the connection returns, so a network outage does not close your shop.
Can I stop staff from discounting or voiding sales?
Yes. Roles control who can discount, void, return or open the drawer, and every action is written to an audit log tied to the person who did it.
Do I need to buy a barcode scanner?
No. A USB scanner works if you have one, and if you do not, a staff phone can act as the scanner from day one.
