Questions people ask about the price
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan runs one shop with one user and a small catalogue, with no card and no time limit. Paid plans start a 7-day trial, also without a card.
What counts towards my plan?
Branches, team members and the size of your product catalogue. Sales are never metered — sell as much as you like on any plan, including Free.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and a year costs about ten months. There is also a one-off Lifetime option if you would rather never see a bill again.
What if no plan fits?
Build one. The plan builder prices your own number of branches, users and products, adds only the features you want, and sets it up on your account when you sign up.
How do I pay, and what happens if I stop?
Mobile money or card, in Ghana cedis. If you cancel, your data stays yours — you can export it, and the account drops to read-only rather than disappearing.
