What you get

Built for how a provision shop actually runs

Fast at the counter

Scan or tap, take the money, print. The common path is the short one, because the queue does not wait.

Keeps selling offline

The network drops and the till does not. Sales sync when the line comes back.

Stock that stays honest

Every sale takes stock down, so what the screen says is what the shelf holds.

Cash that balances

Open with a float, log what goes in and out, close against a counted drawer and see the variance.

Mobile money and cash together

Split a sale across cash and MoMo without two systems or a second record.

Receipts on WhatsApp

Send the receipt to the customer's phone. Paper still prints when they want one.

Who this suits

Made for

  • Provision and mini-marts
  • Corner shops and container shops
  • Shops with one counter and a long queue
  • Owners who cannot stand at the till all day
  • Anyone counting stock on paper

Questions we get asked

Is it fast enough for a busy counter?

Yes. The till is built around the short path — scan, take payment, print — and keeps working when the connection drops, which is usually what actually slows a queue.

Can I take mobile money and cash on one sale?

Yes. Split a sale across cash, mobile money and card, and every part is recorded against the same receipt.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The counter keeps selling. Sales are held on the machine and sync as soon as the connection returns, so a queue of customers does not stop because the network did.

Can I stop staff discounting or voiding sales?

Yes. Roles decide who can discount, void, return or open the drawer, and every action is written to an audit log with a name against it.
