For agro shops
Seed, feed and chemicals, tracked by batch
Agro-inputs are sold by the bag, bought by the season and regulated by batch and expiry. The till handles all three.

Built for how an agro shop actually sells
Batch and expiry
Each batch carries its own number and date, so you sell the older one first and can trace what went out.
Bags, litres and pieces
Sell in the unit the farmer asks for while holding stock in the unit you buy.
Credit through the season
Let a farmer take inputs now and pay after harvest, with the balance tracked and chased.
Stock across depots
Know what is at each depot and move it where the demand is.
Receive against the order
Book in deliveries against a purchase order so cost and quantity match what you agreed.
Works away from the network
Sell in a market town with no signal and sync when you are back.

Questions we get asked
Can I trace a batch after it is sold?
Yes. Stock is received and sold by batch with its own number and expiry, so you can see what went out and when.
Can farmers buy on credit and pay after harvest?
Yes. Record the sale with part or no payment, and the outstanding balance is tracked per customer with ageing.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The counter keeps selling. Sales are held on the machine and sync as soon as the connection returns, so a queue of customers does not stop because the network did.
Can I stop staff discounting or voiding sales?
Yes. Roles decide who can discount, void, return or open the drawer, and every action is written to an audit log with a name against it.
