Built for how a hardware shop actually sells
Units that match the trade
Sell by piece, bag, length or box and hold the stock in the unit you buy it in.
Quote before the job
Send a contractor a proforma, then turn it into a sale when they agree — without typing it twice.
Credit for regulars
Let a trusted builder take goods now and pay later, and see exactly what is outstanding.
Stock across the yards
Know what is at each branch, move it between them, and value it all in one place.
Goods in, costs right
Receive against a purchase order so stock rises at the cost you actually paid.
Returns without argument
Take back what did not fit, with the original sale on screen.

Questions we get asked
Can I sell the same product in different units?
Yes. Hold stock in the unit you buy and sell in the unit the customer asks for, with the conversion handled for you.
Can I give a contractor credit?
Yes. Record a part payment or none at all, and the invoice tracks what is owed, for how long, and against which customer.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The counter keeps selling. Sales are held on the machine and sync as soon as the connection returns, so a queue of customers does not stop because the network did.
Can I stop staff discounting or voiding sales?
Yes. Roles decide who can discount, void, return or open the drawer, and every action is written to an audit log with a name against it.
