How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link that expires in 24 hours.

Can I use TallyhubGH offline?

The TallyhubGH desktop app supports offline POS on eligible plans. Sales sync when you reconnect. Web dashboard features require an internet connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Billing in the dashboard, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Subscription billing is processed through Paystack — card, mobile money, and bank transfer in supported currencies (including GHS). At checkout, customers can pay cash immediately or use Paystack for card, MoMo, and bank transfer when your organization payout account is connected.
