Questions we get asked
Can I charge schools a different price?
Yes. Price lists let institutions buy at their own prices while walk-in customers pay the shelf price.
Can I invoice a school rather than take cash?
Yes. Issue an invoice with payment terms, track the balance and its age, and send a reminder when it is due.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The counter keeps selling. Sales are held on the machine and sync as soon as the connection returns, so a queue of customers does not stop because the network did.
Can I stop staff discounting or voiding sales?
Yes. Roles decide who can discount, void, return or open the drawer, and every action is written to an audit log with a name against it.
