Sales are never capped. Plans differ by how many locations, users and POS devices you get, how big a catalogue you keep, plus the features and the SMS receipts included. Manage yours under Settings → Billing.
Free
- 1 user, 1 location, 1 POS device
- Unlimited sales, up to 100 products
- Core inventory, sales, and basic reports
Starter
- 1 user, 1 location
- Unlimited sales, up to 2,000 products
- 100 SMS or WhatsApp receipts each month, barcode scanning, advanced analytics
Growth
- 4 users, 4 locations, 4 POS devices
- Unlimited sales, up to 10,000 products
- 500 SMS or WhatsApp receipts each month, plus multi-location, offline POS, purchase orders and batch/expiry
Pro
- 10 users, 7 locations, 10 POS devices
- Unlimited sales and unlimited products
- 1,500 SMS or WhatsApp receipts each month, API access and phone support
Receipt credits are added to your balance every time a subscription payment goes through, and unused ones roll over — they do not expire at the end of the month. You can buy more at any time from Billing. One balance covers both SMS and WhatsApp.
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing through Paystack. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
