  1. Open POS → Returns (or Sales → Returns for non-POS orders).
  2. Locate the original receipt or order.
  3. Select items and quantities to return.
  4. Choose refund method — cash, original Paystack tender, or store credit per your policy.
  5. Confirm — inventory restocks automatically when configured.
